Start with verified context.

Use these public resources to diagnose the product without sending credentials, wallet keys, order identifiers or customer data.

A verified human-support contact and account-deletion request channel have not been published. This page is self-service guidance, not a request-submission or response channel and not yet a Play-ready support destination.

NYTSHIFT does not currently publish a verified support mailbox, contact form or account-deletion request URL. The operator must publish and verify those channels before they can be presented as available. Until then, do not put private keys, credentials, wallet addresses, order identifiers or personal data into URLs, public issue trackers or unverified messages.

The privacy notice describes the current data boundary and the choices available without a request channel. The account and data deletion status distinguishes device logout and local PAPER reset from deletion of an account or server-held data. Both remain engineering drafts and do not claim legal approval.
