These draft terms describe product-state distinctions and user responsibilities. They are not effective production terms until the operator and qualified counsel approve and publish them.

Review status: engineering draft. Entity identity, governing law, eligibility, dispute, support and effective-date provisions remain pending counsel.

Product states

Market information

Public market, account and blockchain information can be delayed, incomplete, stale or unavailable. It is not investment, legal or tax advice and is not a promise of trade availability.

PAPER

PAPER is a local simulation over bounded visible market data. It does not model every fee, fill, queue, margin, funding, liquidation or outage behavior and does not submit a venue order.

Testnet

Testnet is experimental. Tokens may have no monetary value, venues may reset state, and a successful test does not establish production suitability or mainnet authority.

Live execution

Live execution remains disabled unless separate account, signer, eligibility, evidence and authorization gates are satisfied. NYTSHIFT does not claim live authority merely because software, identity or a wallet is configured.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for protecting your wallet and API-wallet credentials, verifying every venue and network, understanding local law and venue eligibility, reviewing order details, and preserving reconciliation state after an ambiguous outcome. Do not use location-masking or other means to evade venue restrictions.

Third-party services

Arcus, Hyperliquid, Lighter, Robinhood Chain, identity providers, wallets, RPC providers and external bridges are separate services with their own terms and risks. Review the current Robinhood Chain terms and each venue's official terms before use.

No advice or guarantee

Analysis, research, alerts and agent proposals are informational. No output guarantees price, liquidity, fill, protection, profit, uptime, recoverability or regulatory availability.
